Questions

Trial Class

Absolutely. We offer a complimentary 25-minute trial lesson (demo class) to give prospective students a chance to experience our teaching approach firsthand and see if they are comfortable with the assigned tutor before committing.

Yes, you may. Please note that the free trial is limited to ONE session per student.  Any additional trial lessons are charged per hour at our 4-hour package price.

To ensure we provide a high-quality trial lesson, we kindly request for a three days notice to get everything ready.

Payment

Our payment system operates on a package basis rather than instalments. This allows us to offer you the best value. Please select the package that best suits your needs for a one-time payment.

Yes, and you can secure our lowest rate for an even larger commitment. By purchasing a single package of more than 20 hours (such as 30 or 40 hours), the discounted 20-hour rate will be locked in for the entire package.

Please note that the discounted 20-hour rate applies only to a single, upfront purchase. If you purchase a 20-hour package and later decide to purchase 10 more hours, that additional 10-hour package will be billed at the standard 10-hour rate.

Yes, you are eligible for a refund if you discontinue classes. Our official refund policy (under the Fees tab of this website) outlines the specific terms and process.

Our system requires all classes to be pre-booked and pre-paid. This allows us to secure your dedicated time slow and ensure your tutor is fully prepared for each session.

We accept payment by Wise Transfer, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Credit/Debit Card.

We recommend Wise (formerly Transfer Wise) for international payments, as it typically offers lower transfer fees and better exchange rates. Many of our international students find it to be a cost-effective and reliable option.

Tutors

We will assign you a regular tutor for your ongoing lessons. To ensure continuity, this is always the same tutor you met in your trial class.

Yes, you can request a tutor change anytime. Please share your specific requirements with us, and we will work to assign a new tutor who is a better fit.

Yes, every tutor on our team is a Spanish native speaker, which ensures authentic pronunciation and cultural context in every lesson.

Classes

Our IB Spanish classes are conducted online through live, interactive sessions via platforms like Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. They are never pre-recorded.

To provide a personalised learning experience, we provide two formats: private (1:1) lessons for focused, individual attention, or semi-private (2:1 or 3:1) lessons for collaborative learning with one or two peers.

We offer very small, customised group classes with a maximum of three students. This ensures every participant receives personalised attention and direct support from the teacher.

Our classes operate on a fixed weekly schedule. This ensures consistency for your learning and allows our teachers to effectively balance their preparation and teaching commitments for each of their students.

Learning Materials

Our core materials are the teachers’ own comprehensive lesson notes, developed from their IB expertise. We are also flexible and can follow a specific book or resource at your request. In that case, please provide a PDF copy to your tutor if we don’t already have it.

All teacher-created lesson notes are included in the course price. However, we offer premium Model Answers as an optional, separate purchase for students seeking exemplary reference material for independent study.
